We hope you’re delighted with your order. If you’re not completely satisfied, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to return your item(s). You can do so by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org, at which point we will issue return instructions.
Please note that both domestic and international customers will need to cover the cost of return, with customers outside the UK responsible for all duties and taxes. We recommend that you use a secure shipping method with tracking as we cannot accept liability for lost packages. Items must be returned using the original packaging provided.
The item(s) should be returned in their original condition, with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Products are vintage or pre-loved unless stated otherwise. Please read the product description carefully and contact us if you have any further questions about a product before purchasing. All items are carefully checked and controlled before being listed and any defects will be described in the item condition section on the product page. Small signs of wear are to be expected on all products unless listed otherwise.
Where provided, any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and tags should be included in your return.
